What Should We Have Tomorrow? Almost Done, Printing and Shipping Status

Hi everyone,

I'm finally back home after a month of travels, and well, I didn't get as much done when I was away as I hoped. Turns out, juggling a change in timezone with multiple trips through various cities in Europe wreaks hell on your ability to work consistently. I think we're about 2 weeks behind where I hoped to be.

What Should We Have Tomorrow?

On the plus side, we're basically done with the PDF for What Should We Have Tomorrow? I'm just sending the files to be checked and approved by the printer before I finalise the PDF for digital release. The sticker image files are also completed and I just need to liaise with the printer about the proofs before hitting go on final production. We're almost there!

To tide you over, I'm sharing the final illustrations from Thar that are now inside the book!

Printing

Ithaca in the Cards 2E is actually all done printing, and I'll have them in hand when I go meet the printer next, but I won't start shipping out books until I have all of the What Should We Have Tomorrow? items ready as well. I'll send another update once I have all the printed books and sticker sets in hand, which should hopefully be in a couple of weeks.

Shipping

I'm also flagging a potential further delay on shipping for USA-based backers. As you're probably well aware, the changes to tariffs and charges on shipments to the USA have impacted many projects. I was planning to post a big parcel of books to the USA through POS Malaysia to then be distributed there, but like many other national postal services, POS Malaysia has suspended shipments to the USA. They've introduced an alternative service, but I need to do some additional research on whether it's worth pushing through with that now or wait it out a bit.  I will keep you updated as soon as I know more or if the situation changes.
